Native American Gaming
The IGT Native American Development group continues the tradition of serving the Native American market that has carried on consistently since the passage of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act in 1988. That tradition was established through our distributor Sodak Gaming, Inc. and is the standard at IGT.
We were there at the start to offer creative financing to tribes and get casino operations up and running. In addition to financial assistance, we also became a resource for tribes concerning legal, operational and regulatory matters. These services, which were essential in the early years of Indian gaming, continue to be vitally important as growth continues in new markets.
A large part of success of IGT in Indian Country is due to our willingness to provide fair and equitable financing on the sale of machines and ancillary products.
