IGT offers three tiers of certification that are specific to your position.

IGT Specialist

This entry-level certification is for students who are new to the gaming industry or are transitioning to a new department. This is the first step in preparing students for fluid operation of either IGT EGMs or IGT systems.

IGT Expert

This intermediate-level certification further optimizes the way students proactively approach and bring solutions to existing IGT technology. Courses focus on best-in-class operations and service practices.

IGT Master

This top-level certification is tailored for students seeking to expand their knowledge of IGT products to the highest available level. Students gain insight into emerging technology and attend seminars and sessions with IGT experts covering cutting-edge practices and IGT technology.
