Our Finance Rotation Program incubates future business leaders through exposure to our three-year program consisting of three rotations that build intellectual horsepower, drive for results, and self-awareness.
About the Program
Diverse Experience
Each rotation will span one year. During this three-year program you will be exposed to different organizations such as FP&A, Accounting, Internal Audit, Supply Chain Finance, Investor Relations and more.
A Broad Spectrum
The Program will enable analysts to build competencies across a spectrum of subjects including foundational learning, risk assessment, modeling, business processes, data analysis, and an understanding of IGT as a corporation.
On the Job Training
Through on-the-job learning, formal training and mentorship, the Finance Rotation Program offers participants the opportunity to explore a diverse set of organizations, experiences, skills, and competencies that will hone their financial and business acumen while accelerating their careers.
Worldwide Locations
With locations in Nevada, Rhode Island, and Italy, completion of the three-year program may allow the graduate to move into a permanent role within the finance organization.
