The IGT Code of Conduct and Anti-Corruption Compliance and Ethics Policy provide information about the standard of behavior and the level of integrity expected of all employees, directors, officers and consultants, as well as any third parties, agents or representatives who deal with or act on behalf of the IGT and its subsidiaries and controlled affiliates.

Our Integrity Line, accessible either by phone or through a protected online portal, is managed and operated by an independent third party. On November 12, 2020, the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury finalized the Transparency in Coverage Rule that requires health insurers and group health plans to post publicly available machine-readable files that include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services. Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of IGT.
