IGT Rhode Island Employees Raise Nearly $60,000 for United Way of Rhode Island
PROVIDENCE, RI – May 8, 2018 – IGT employees raised nearly $60,000 for United Way of Rhode Island during the Company’s two-week campaign held in April. All IGT offices in Rhode Island participated in the campaign including the Company’s operating headquarters in Providence, as well as its campus in West Greenwich, and call center in South Providence.
“We all know that hard times don’t discriminate, and that everyone needs help sometimes,” said Anthony Maione, United Way of Rhode Island President and CEO. “We also know that it takes a community working together to make our state a better place to live and work. Through their generosity, the team at IGT is changing lives and strengthening our community, and we are grateful for their continued partnership.”

The campaign concluded with a raffle prize drawing for IGT employees who contributed to United Way. The 39 raffle prizes were donated by local businesses including many restaurants, hotels, and limo/car rental companies.
