  • Entry Conditions:  In the event of a dispute over the designation of a winner, the prize award will be determined by an authorized and present IGT employee, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Tournament.
  • Winner Selection: The potential winner of a Tournament Round (a “Round Winner”, each a “Winner”) will be selected by achieving the Total High Score for each Tournament Round on either the Spinsplosion bank of Tournament machines or the Spinferno bank of Tournament machines. At the conclusion of the Tournament, the overall winner will be selected by achieving the Total High Score for all Tournament Rounds during the Tournament (the “Tournament Winner”, each a “Winner”). The Tournament Winner shall be the employer of such person as participated in the Tournament and the Tournament Prize shall be provided to such employer to be awarded at its discretion.
  • Odds of Winning:  The odds of winning the Prize in the Tournament depend upon the number of eligible individuals participating during each Tournament Round and the Promotion Period.
  • Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): The prize awarded at the end of a Tournament Round consists of a Google Home Mini – Smart Speaker with an approximate retail value of $50 each (a “Round Prize”). Two Round Prizes will be awarded at the end of each Tournament Round for the person achieving the high score for the Spinferno bank of machines and the person achieving the high score for the Spinsplosion bank of machines. • Prize Conditions: All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  The Winner may waive their right to receive the Prize.  The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, has no cash value, and must be accepted by the Winner as awarded.  The Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release within a stated amount of time.  If the affidavit/releases are not received by the date stated on the notification, or if any notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. The Tournament Prize is subject to the cruise provider’s standard terms and conditions as found on the cruise provider’s website, and IGT’s terms and conditions as found at www.igt.com/SpinCation.
  • Winner Notification and Verification:  Round Winners will be announced at the end of every Tournament Round and the Tournament Winner and the end of the Tournament.  Winner must be present to win.  If the Winner does not qualify, Sponsor may disqualify the Winner and select an alternate Winner based on scores, or choose not to award the Prize.  Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules, including any eligibility requirements, which Sponsor may confirm in its sole discretion.  If the selected Winner is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize, or fails to timely return of a completed and executed affidavit and releases (if requested), the Prize may be forfeited and/or an alternate Winner selected.
  • Prize Delivery:  Prize will be delivered to winner immediately upon verification.
  • General Conditions:  In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Tournament is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Tournament is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Tournament to address the impairment and then resume the Tournament in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Tournament and, in the event of termination, award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Tournament or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Any attempt by any person to damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Tournament may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: By ENTERING THE Tournament, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Tournament, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHT, claimS or causeS of action OF ANY KIND arising IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE TOURNAMENT or participation in any TOURNAMENT-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize awarded in connection with the TOURNAMENT including, without limitation, personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
